摘　　要：彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉通过对血管内-中膜厚度的测量、斑块性质的判定及血流动力学的改变等指标综合衡量颈动脉硬化的程度、部位、有无斑块、斑块的稳定程度、有无狭窄及狭窄程度等,为临床诊断、治疗及预后提供客观依据。现就彩色多普勒超声对颈动脉硬化性疾病的超声诊断进行综述。The application of Color Doppler Flow Imaging（CDFI） in carotid arteriosclerosis is to comprehensively assess the disease degree,position,plaque detection,plaque stability,stenosis and degree by the indexes of blood vessel inner-middle membrane thickness,plaque nature and hemodynamic changes,providing objective basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Here is to review on the CDFI application in diagnosis of carotid arteriosclerosis.
