眼睑淋巴管分布的显微解剖研究

摘　　要：目的了解眼睑淋巴管的解剖分布及其相互之间的关系。方法采用3%普鲁士蓝溶液间接淋巴管注射染色,对32侧胎儿尸体的眼睑进行显微解剖研究。结果眼睑淋巴管分为眼轮匝肌前、睑板前、睑板后3个淋巴管丛,各淋巴管丛之间有交通支连接。结论揭示了眼睑淋巴管在眼轮匝肌前、睑板前、睑板后3个层次的解剖分布及其淋巴管丛之间的联系,为研究该部位炎症蔓延和肿瘤转移的路径,以及避免眼睑手术中可能引起的淋巴管损伤提供了解剖学依据。Objective To explore micro-anatomy of eyelid lymphatic vessels and the relationship of the lymphatic vessels.Methods Thirty-two eyelids from sixteen fresh fetus cadavers were studied by micro-dissection using 3% Prussian blue to visualize the lymphatic vessels.Results Three layers of lymphatic plexus were demonstrated in the eyelids：（1） a superficial or pre-orbicularis muscle plexus;（2） a pre-tarsal or post-orbicular muscle plexus;（3） a deep or post-tarsal plexus.It was also found that there were some communicating branches among the three layers.Conclusion Three layers of the eyelid lymphatics distribution were firstly proved,as well as their communications.This discovery will be conducive to understand the route and mechanism of the inflammation spreading and cancer dissemination in the eyelids.It can also help to prevent the eyelid lymphatics from the possible injury during the eyelid surgery.
