摘　　要：目的探讨多点连续埋线法重睑成形术的手术方法及优缺点。方法手术在局麻下进行,用6-0尼龙线从外眦向内眦,再由内眦向外眦连续多点缝合,线结埋于皮下隧道。结果本组150例患者,除2例线结外露,1例重睑线消失外,均效果满意。结论多点连续埋线法重睑成形术操作简单,术后恢复快,外形自然逼真,适应证广,并发症少,是一种较好的手术方法。Objective To investigate the operative techniques and clinical application of multi-point running buried suture for blepharoplasty.Methods The operation was carried out under local anesthesia.Multi-points 6-0 nylon suture for skin-tarsus fixation with running buried technique from lateral canthus to medial canthus,and then,return back to the start point,with knots buried subcutaneously.Results A total of 150 cases with blepharoplasty,satisfactory results were achieved in 147 cases.The suture knots were uncovered in 2 cases.The upper eyelid folds disappeared in only 1 case.Conclusion As a simple technique for upper eyelid blepharoplasty,multi-points buried running suture can obtain satisfactory results with rapid rehabilitation and few complications.
