雷公藤茎、叶的抗炎镇痛药理作用研究

摘　　要：　雷公藤茎叶水提取物400、200mg／kgi.g给药，可明显减轻角叉菜胶引起大鼠足跖肿胀和二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓的肿胀作用，对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应有明显抑制作用，表明雷公藤茎叶具有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。The water extract of stalk and leave of tripterygium was studied on antiinflammatory and analgesic effects in some mouse or rat models. It (400, 200 mg/kg respectively; po.; n =10)markedly ame-liorated paw edema caused by carrageenin(P<0.001,P<0. 01 )in rats. It significantly decreased swelling of mice ear(P<0. 001,P<0.01 )by mduced dimethylbenzene and frequencies of twisting reaction induced by acetic acid(P<0.01,P<0.05)inmouse. The results that stalk and leave of tripterygium had antiinflamma-tory and anagesic actions on animals.
