摘　　要：以克氏肺炎杆菌ATCC10031为检定菌，探讨了纸片定量法用于棒酸效价的测定结果经数理统计，符合药典要求。该方法具有操作简便，同步性好，测定误差小的优点。The bioassay method of clavulanic acid by paper disc assay was iven with the Klebsiella Pneumoniae ATCC10031 as the testing bacterium. The results of bioassay meet the requirements of Chi-nese Pharmacopeia after drawing the standard curve and biostatistics processing. The method is easy in use with good synchronism and low determining error. It is useful in the bioassay of unstable clavulanic acid.
