摘　　要：农地金融是市场经济发展到一定阶段的产物,它是金融业发展的一个重要组成部分。在大多数发达国家和地区,农地金融在整个金融机构信贷总额中占有较大的比重,但是在我国,农地金融处于起步阶段,难以满足农村土地流转的正常需求。本文将在探讨农地金融现状和存在问题的基础上,提出中国农地金融创新的路径。Financing for rural land is the product of marketing economy development to a certain stage and an important part in the development of the financial industry. In most developed countries and regions,financing for rural land accounts for a large proportion in the total credit of the whole financial institutions： However, being at the initial stage in China, it is difficult to meet the normal requirements of rural land transfer. This paper will put forward financial innovative path to China＇s rural land on the basis of discussing the current financial situation and the existing problems of rural land.
