摘  要:广域测量系统(WAMS)是智能电网的重要组成部分,是各国争相研究、开发、应用的新兴科技领域之一。本文首先介绍了该系统的主流架构,在回顾其研发历程的基础上调查了近几年来国际、国内WAMS的研究、建设与应用情况,进而探讨了它的最新发展趋势;然后深入分析了WAMS关键技术及其高级应用技术的主要功能特点和应用前景,指出了我国目前WAMS存在的问题和差距,继而提出了相关技术的研究方向和实施建议。此外,指出了频率监测网(FNET)不失为我国WAMS技术研究的另一种平台和手段。Wide area measurement system(WAMS)is potential to replace the traditional supervisory control and data acquisition system(SCADA).It has become one of the emerging areas in the electric power industry,in which the developed countries are scrambling to do research,development and application.This paper firstly introduces its main structure,and describes its histories and latest trends according to the survey about the domestic and overseas WAMSs in recent years.Then the main technical features and future prospects of its key technologies and advanced applications are analyzed.As a result,the current gap between China and other countries are pointed out,and also the research directions of related technologies and the recommendations for its implementation are put forward.In addition,it is suggested that frequency monitoring network(FNET) should provide an alternative platform and tool for the RD of WAMS in China.
