摘 要:大型公共建筑用电量居高不下且存在严重浪费的现象,其中一个重要原因就是局部用电量统计不清,责任不明,解决这一问题的办法是建立电能分项计量监管体系。本文设计了一个电能分项计量系统,该系统在不破坏供电线路结构的基础上,可以分别计量每个房间中每个用电设备消耗的电能。在识别用电设备的类型时,提出了一种波形因数法,通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的可行性和正确性。At present,power consumption of large-scale public building is wasted seriously.One of the important reasons is that part power consumption is unclear and responsibility is indefinite.One method to solve this problem is to establish a supervisory system for electric power subentry measure.A new system for electric power subentry measure is designed in this article.The system can measure the power consumption of each electric equipment in every room separately without destroying the structure of power supply lines.A method based on waveform factor is put forward to distinguish the type of electric equipments.The feasibility and correctness are verified by simulink and experiments.
