摘　　要：目的了解卢湾区社区管理糖尿病患者的相关知识、态度和行为(KAP)状况,评价管理效果,为进一步制定社区糖尿病干预措施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,抽取卢湾区社区管理糖尿病患者,对其基本情况、疾病情况和KAP情况进行调查分析。结果被调查患者糖尿病知识平均知晓率为(61.70±16.29)%,最高知晓率为93.33%,最低为13.33%。文化程度越高,知晓率越高(P<0.01),知晓率与社区管理年限无关(P>0.1)。糖尿病相关行为中,监测血糖频率、低脂少油饮食、低盐饮食与社区管理年限有关(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病社区管理取得一定效果,但还需进一步加强社区管理中对糖尿病患者健康教育的力度,提高患者知识知晓率,促进患者健康行为形成。OBJECTIVE To understand the situation about the knowledge, attitude and behavior of diabetic patients with community management in Luwan District, evaluate manages effect, and provide evidence for the further development of interventions. METHODS Sample diabetic patients with community management in Luwan District with a random sampling method,then investigate and analysis its basic situation, disease status and KAP situation. RESULTS Among patients being investigated, average awareness of diabetes knowledge is（61.70±16.29）%, with 93.33% maximum and 13.33% minimum. The higher the educational level, the higher the awareness.The awareness has nothing to do with the years of community management. Diabetes-related behaviors,such as frequency of monitoring blood glucose, low-fat diet with less oil,and low-salt diet are related to the years of community management. CONCLUSION community management of diabetes has achieve a certain effect, but we still need to further strengthen efforts in health education of community management of diabetes.Meanwhile, to improve the awareness and promote health behaviors of patients.
