摘　　要：目的:探讨多钉斜孔钢板内固定治疗粗隆间骨折。方法:对2006—06～2009-08的78例(男44例,女34例)闭合性股骨粗隆间骨折行多钉钢板内固定治疗,其中合并其他部位骨折35例(男30例,女5例)。其中65岁以上高龄患者合并内科疾病38例(男24例,女14例)。手术时间60～150min,平均为80min。输血0-6u,手术均顺利完成,术后定期复查X线片。结果:经过平均15个月随访,患者骨折愈合佳,均早期关节功能锻炼,无切口感染及髋内翻及股骨头切割等并发症。结论:多钉斜孔钢板治疗粗隆间骨折疗效满意,操作简便,手术时间短,创伤小,可达到坚强内固定,可早期功能锻炼,明显减少并发症,临床效果好,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of multi-nail slant hole plate internal fixation for femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods：Between June 2006 and August 2007,78 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture（44 males,34 fimales） were treated operatively with multi-nail slant hole plate internal fixation for femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Among them there were 35 patients accompanying fracture of other parts of the body.Rusults：All the patients were followed up for average 15 months.All fractures healed,and nobody had a coxavara or implant breakage.Conclusion：The multi-nail salnt hole plate internal fixation for femoral intertrochanteric is effective,minimally-invasive and simple and easy in operation and the internal fixation can be achieved ,worthy of being popularized.
