深圳市流塘社区老人健康状况调查分析及护理干预

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市宝安区流塘社区老年人群的健康状况,为社区老人的健康促进及护理干预提供指导。方法按10%抽样比采取双重抽样方法随机抽取371名60岁以上老年人进行上门问卷调查、健康档案查阅和血压测量。结果两周患病率为49.4%,女性组显著高于男性组(χ2=11.736,P<0.001),并随着年龄的增长而升高(χ2=52.087,P<0.001)。慢性病患病率达73.5%。71.5%的老年人视力有不同程度下降,24.0%的老年人有不同程度的听力受损,其中中度以上受损达8.5%。有5.2%的老年人经常出现情绪低落或忧郁。结论老年人群慢性病患病率较高,随着年龄的增长,两周患病率逐渐升高,日常生活能力逐渐减退。应积极开展以加强慢性病防治、提供老年社区护理为主的社区卫生服务工作,以促进老年人的身心健康,提高社区老年人的生活质量。OBJECTIVE To understand the health status of elderly in LiuTang Community in Shenzhen City,provides the instruction for the community old person’s health promotion work and nursing interventions METHOD Randomly selected 371 elderly over 60 years of age by a double sampling method according 10% of the sample,to conduct door questionnaire survey,health files consult and blood pressure measurements. RESULTS Two week prevalence rate is 49.4%,the feminine group obviously higher than the male group（X2=11.736,P0.001）,and has along with the age growth elevates（X2=52.087,P0.001）. Chronic illness prevalence rate reaches 73.5%,71.5% senior citizen vision have the varying degree drop,24.0% senior citizens have the varying degree hearing to suffer injury,moderate above suffers injury reaches 8.5%,5.2% senior citizen present the fall in the blues frequently or melancholy. CONCLUSIONS Older age groups have a higher prevalence of chronic diseasea,with age ,a two-week prevalence rate gradually increased,activities of daily living decline.Should be actively pursued to strengthen chronic disease prevention, provision of aged care and community-based health services to promote physical and mental health of older persons to improve the quality of life of elderly in community.
