摘  要:针对柴油机低压管路中普遍采用的球形接头密封结构存在的"跑冒滴漏"问题,利用知识管理结合创新的方法、创新的思路,解决工程中的实际问题。球形接头渗漏属于典型的技术归零问题,采用了"故障诊断和排故"流程进行求解。首先利用系统分析和问题分解对球形球头渗漏问题进行分析研究,查找问题的根本原因,形成分解图,构建故障结构组件模型;然后利用知识库、创新原理和专利查询手段解决问题,得到初始解决方案;利用TRIZ理论解决技术矛盾,得到改进方案及每一解决方案的详细解题流程;最后通过方案评价,确定最终方案。For the leakage problem of ball joint sealing structure in low pressure pipelines of diesel engine,the method of knowledge management combined with innovation was used.The ball joint leakage was typically a technical return-to-zero issue,and so the fault diagnosis and removal flow was used.With the method of system analysis and problem decomposition,the leakage problem was analyzed,the root reasons were found,the decomposition chart was formed and the model of fault structure component was built.Then the problem was dealt with by using knowledge database,innovation principle and patent query and the initial solution scheme was acquired.With the TRIZ theory,the technical conflicts were treated further and the improved scheme and the detail solving flow for each scheme were acquired.Finally the ultimate solution was determined by the evaluation.
