摘 要:对93号汽油的挥发损耗过程进行了测试分析。分别模拟了地面敞口挥发损耗、储油罐内小呼吸挥发损耗、上装浸没式装油大呼吸损耗和喷溅式装油大呼吸损耗4种挥发状态,对汽油的质量、雷氏蒸气压和黏度,以及油气蒸气中非甲烷总烃(NMHC)浓度进行了检测。结果表明,汽油挥发过程中轻烃组分不断减少,因此其质量和饱和蒸气压减小,黏度增加,汽油蒸气中NMHC浓度降低;汽油的挥发过程受温度、蒸发面积、空气流动状态的影响,在敞口挥发模拟条件下汽油物性参数的变化明显高于其他3种呼吸损耗状态。The evaporation loss of 93# gasoline was tested and analyzed.The open evaporation loss on the floor,breathing loss in the storage tank,submersion refueling loss from the upper tank and splash refueling loss were simulated and the weight,RVP and viscosity of gasoline and NMHC concentration of fuel vapor were detected.The results show that the content of light hydrocarbons decreases with the evaporation of gasoline,which leads to the decrease of weight,RVP and NMHC and the increase of viscosity.The evaporation process is influenced by ambient temperature,evaporation areas and air flow state,therefore,the changes of performance parameters in open evaporation condition are more obvious than those under the other three conditions.
