摘　　要：16~30岁之间的新生代农民工已经逐步占据中国农民工队伍的主体。无论是考虑到新生代农民工自身需求,还是出于城市发展需要,都有必要逐步推动新生代农民工在城市安家落户。要在提高认识、开展试点的同时,对农民工开展相应培训,并满足其住房和社会保障等方面需求,推动新生代农民工与城市社会融合。The 16-30-year-old new generation of peasant workers is the main body.Seen from their own needs or the city needs,these workers should settle in the city,which will be promoted.At the same time,consciousness should be raised;a further trial should be done;peasant workers should be trained.And in addition,they should have housing,social security and other needs so that they may come into the city in a smooth way.
