摘　　要：政府决策能否实现民主、科学、合法、有效的目标,在很大程度上取决于政府决策者是否有合理的价值取向定位。就当今中国经济社会发展的趋势来看,中国政府决策机制变革的价值取向应定位于公共性、适应性、公平性、多元性和责任性这五大要素之上。Whether government decision-makers can achieve the goal of making democratic,scientific,legal and efficient decisions,it depend on their public policy＇s view-point.The value orientation of the reform of government decision-making mechanism should be clarified as public,adapatable,fair,multiple and responsible with the trend of China＇s current economic and social development.
