标准外伤大骨瓣治疗急重型颅脑损伤的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨标准外伤大骨瓣对急重型颅脑损伤的治疗效果及总结手术体会。方法对60例急重型颅脑损伤患者,其中GCS 3～5分19例,6～8分41例,行标准外伤大骨瓣开颅治疗。结果恢复良好30例,15例重残,7例植物状态,8例死亡。结论标准外伤大骨瓣救治急重型颅脑损伤患者,其手术显露清晰,减压充分,疗效可靠,能改善预后。Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy and operation experience of standard large trauma craniectomy treats of the severe traumatic brain injured patients.Methods 60 severe traumatic brain injured patients were operated by standard large trauma craniectomy treatment,in which GCS3-5 19 cases,GCS6-8 41 cases.Results Among the 60 cases,30 cases recovered well,15 cases were disabled severely,7 cases were in vegetative state,8 cases died.Conclusion The standard large trauma craniectomy treats of the severe traumatic brain injured patients had reliable efficacy,the surgery exposes clearly,the reduced pressure is full,can improve the prognosis.
