中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察益心通脉汤对充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法：将符合诊断标准的充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组。对照组33例,常规给予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）或血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂、安体舒通、地高辛等。治疗组40例,在常规药物治疗基础上加用益心通脉汤治疗。10天为1个疗程,连用3个疗程判定疗效。结果：治疗组显效14例,有效23例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%（95%C I=79.3%~88.9%）,对照组显效9例,有效16例,无效8例,总有效率为75.8%（95%C I=57.7%~98.9%）,两组综合疗效比较（u=1.328 7,P=0.184 0）,差异未达到显著性意义。结论：中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭可提高临床疗效,其收益为OR=0.25（95%C I=0.06~1.05）,NNT=6（95%C I=3.0~400.0）。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Decoction of Yi-xin Tong-mai on congestive cardiac failure and its influence on heart function.Method： The patients according with congestive cardiac failure were divided into two groups randomly.33 patients in control group were treated with western conventional therapy,which were ACEI or ANG-II receptor antagonist,aldactone and cardiox.40 patients in treatment group were treated with Decoction of Yi-xin Tong-mai as well as above western medical treatment.One treatment course included 10 days.After 3 courses of treatment the effects were observed.Result： In treatment group the total effective rate was 92.5%（95%CI=79.3%～88.9%）,and in control group that was 75.8%（95%CI=57.7%～98.9%）.There was not significant difference between the two groups（u=1.3287,P=0.1840）.Conclusion： Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the effect in treating congestive cardiac failure,OR=0.25（95%CI=0.06-1.05）,NNT=6（95%CI=3.0-400.0）.
