关于海西动漫产业人才培养模式的思考

摘　　要：动漫产业是新兴绿色低碳产业,其发展前景不可限量.福建作为海峡西岸经济区的核心,在动漫人才培养方面却较为薄弱,存在着诸多不足,在一定程度上限制了动漫产业的进一步发展.高等院校和高等职业学校作为人才培养的主要力量,要加大投入,科学定位,形成完整的动漫人才培养体系;加强闽台合作与交流,充分利用台湾在动漫产业上的优势为我所用,实现我省动漫专业的跨越发展;转变人才培养理念,建立实用型的人才培养模式,加快产—学—研一体化进程,不断提高动漫人才的实践能力.Anime industry is new emerging forces in Green industry, and Low-carbon industry.The development prospect of anime industry has boundless prospects.Fujian is the core force of the economic zone in the west side of strait,but it was weak on training animation talents,existing a lot of insufficient departments to a certain degree.The circumstances were not propitious for further expansion of Anime industry.As a major force on the cultivating of talents,colleges and vocational schools should study the orientation and increase input scientifically,establish a fairly comprehensive training talents system,strengthen the cooperation and exchange between Fujian and Taiwan.Should take full advantage of Taiwan anime industry to realize the leap-over development of Fujian animation.Also aim to expand its function on the high development level,realize transition,merge teaching before career and that after work into an organic whole.Adhere to the college concept of open mode of school-runningtrack learn,study,indusry integration sponsoring road,improving the sense of creation and the ability to deal with actual things continuously.
