摘　　要：随着高校改革的深入发展,高校利益格局发生了很大变化,高校学生的价值观也随之发生了很大变化,合理利己主义盛行,涉及学生切身利益的争议越来越多。如果还是按照过去的学生管理工作的做法,势必难以维持学校的秩序。然而维护学生的合法权益,听取和反映学生的意见和要求,帮助学生解决困难,全心全意为学生服务是高校学生会的根本职责,相关法律也赋予了学生会处理争议的权力,因此完善高校学生会利益协调功能,协调高校各方利益,是创造合法、有序的教育、教学环境的关键。With the deepening of reform and development of universities,colleges and universities benefit structure has changed greatly,the values of college students also will be changed greatly,rational self-interest prevails,the controversy more and more involving the vital interests of the students.If you＇re still the management in accordance with past practice of the students,the school is bound to be difficult to maintain order.However,maintaining the lawful rights and interests of students,listening to and reflect the opinions and demands of students,helping students solve problems,and serveing as student services are the fundamental duty of university students＇unions,and relevant laws also gives students＇unions the power to settle disputes,so improving co-ordination of college students to coordinate the interests of all universities is the key that creates legal and orderly education,and teaching and learning environment.
