摘 要:【目的】探讨不同pH值对甘蔗幼苗生长和生理特性的影响,为甘蔗育苗及生产提供参考。【方法】以桂糖21号(GT21)和新台糖22号(ROC22)甘蔗品种为材料,利用营养液培养法,研究不同pH值下甘蔗幼苗生长和生理特性的变化。【结果】在pH4.5~7.5范围内的培养液对甘蔗幼苗的生长和发育不会产生显著的不良影响,而在pH6.0时两个甘蔗品种幼苗株高最高,叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量最高,而相对电导率、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量最低,表明在此pH值下甘蔗蔗株各种生理代谢高度协调。【结论】甘蔗生长的pH值适应范围较广,pH6.0为甘蔗幼苗生长的最适pH值。[Objective]The present study was conducted to find out the effects of different pH values on growth and physiological characteristics of sugarcane seedlings,and to provide scientific basis for breeding and production of sugarcane.[Method]The plants of two sugarcane varieties GT21 and ROC22 were grown in nutrient culture.The total chlorophylls,soluble sugar,total protein,malondealdehyde(MDA) and proline contents,and relative conductivity in leaves were determined.[Result]The growth and development of sugarcane plants were not affected significantly between pH 4.5-7.5,however,the plants grew best at pH 6.0,and showed highest plant height,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar and total protein contents in both varieties,while the relative conductivity,and MDA and proline contents were the lowest,which showed a high coordination of physiological metabolism in sugarcane plants.[Conclusion] Results indicated that the best pH value for the sugarcane plants growth was 6.0.
