摘  要:采用两步法合成路线,先以锡粉、丙烯酸丁酯和浓盐酸为原料,合成中间体二(β-丁氧甲酰乙基)二氯化锡,再在环己烷/水体系中将中间体与巯基乙酸异辛酯反应生成了二(β-丁氧甲酰乙基)锡二(巯基乙酸异辛酯)。并用元素分析仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪表征了中间体与终产物的结构。结果表明:第一步最佳工艺条件为:当n(锡粉)∶n(丙烯酸丁酯)为1∶2时,盐酸用量42 mL,反应温度100℃,反应时间2 h;第二步的最佳条件为:n(锡中间体)∶n(巯基乙酸异辛酯)为1∶2时,选用40%Na2CO3溶液,温度控制在82℃,恒温反应3 h。Two-step method was worked out to synthesize the substance in the paper: intermediate was synthesized using Sn powder , butyl acrylate and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, then the intermediate re- acted with the isooctyl mercaptoacetate, at last the di (β-butoxy carbonyl-ethyl) tin his (isooctyl mercaptoacetate) was got. The product was characterized by IR, elementary analysis. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions should be that, for the first step: n (Sn) :n (Butyl acrylate) = 1:2, vol- ume of hydrochloric acid was 42 mL, and the temperature was 100℃ , reacting time was 2 h; for the second step: n (intermediate) :n (isooctyl mercaptoacetate) = 1:2, used 40% Na2 CO3, the temperature was 82 ℃, reacting time was 3 h.
