深圳市社区医务人员生存质量及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区医务人员生存质量的现状,探讨其影响因素。方法随机整群抽取深圳市福田区社区医务人员,采用WHOQOL-BREF对其生存质量进行评价。结果 460名社区医务人员生存质量社会领域得分高于普通人群,生理、心理领域和环境领域得分均低于普通人群。Hotelling T2检验和多元方差分析结果表明:性别、学历、婚姻、职称、工龄、工作岗位、月平均收入、工作编制、吸烟、饮酒、用餐规律、体育锻炼等因素在生理、心理、社会、环境四个领域分值整体差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,月平均收入、工龄、睡眠时间和用餐规律、体育锻炼是社区医务人员生存质量自评分值的影响因素。结论社区医务人员的生存质量偏低,性别、学历、职称、工龄、月平均收入、工作编制和生活方式与社区医务人员的生存质量有关。Objective To study the current status of quality of life in community health workers,and to explore its influencing factors. Methods With the method of random cluster sampling,the quality of life of community health workers selected from Futian District of Shenzhen was surveyed by the WHOQOL-BREF. Results The scores among 460 community health workers in physical,psychological and environment domains were lower than those of normal population,while the scores in social relation were higher than those of normal population.Hotelling-T2 test and multivariate analysis of variance showed that the gender,education,marital status,professional title,length of service,jobs,average monthly income,labor relations,smoking,drinking,regular meals,and physical exercise had statistical significance in the model（P0.05）.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that average monthly income,length of service,sufficient sleeping and regular meals,physical exercise affected the self-evaluation scores of community health workers. Conclusions The quality of life of the community medical staff is lower.Their quality of life is related to the gender,education,professional title,length of service,monthly average income,labor relations and lifestyle.
