摘 要:利用寡聚胸腺嘧啶核苷酸(PolyT)与碳纳米管(CNTs)之间的自发非共价修饰作用形成稳定的CNTs/PolyT纳米复合体系,采用共振光散射(RLS)和紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了该复合体系与汞离子的相互作用。实验结果表明,水相中单链PolyT能与CNTs形成稳定而均匀的分散体系,而单链PolyT极易捕获汞离子生成特异性的T-Hg-T双链结构,使其从CNTs上解离。此时,CNTs在电解质存在下会发生聚集并容易被离心而下沉,导致体系的RLS强度(IRLS)发生变化。不同浓度的汞离子能使复合体系的IRLS呈现梯度变化,并且其它金属离子与CNTs/PolyT的作用非常微弱。由此,可实现汞离子选择性定性、定量分析。The composite of Polythymine Oligonucleotide (PolyT) with Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs), CNTs/PolyT, has been prepared by utilizing their spontaneous non-covalent interaction. The reaction between the CNTs/PolyT and mercury ions has been investigated by resonance light scattering (RLS) and UV-visible absorption spectra. The results indicate that the single-stranded PolyT and CNTs can form a stable and uniform dispersed system. The PolyT can specifically bind with mercury ions to form T-Hg-T complexes with double-stranded structure, which can not be adsorbed at the surface of CNTs and dissociated from the CNTs. Thus, CNTs aggregate in the presence of electrolytes and can be centrifuged easily, resulting in the change of RLS intensity of the suspending solution. Furthermore, the RLS intensity changes gradually with the concentration of mercury ions and the weak interaction between CNTs/PolyT with other metal ions demonstrate a sensitiveand selective analysis of mercury ions.
