摘  要:吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)是20世纪70年代末被发现的一种氧化还原酶的新辅酶。其邻位醌类化合物的独特结构,使其具有独特的理化性质,在生理功能方面发挥着重要的作用。以PQQ为辅酶的酶蛋白可分为醌蛋白和醌血红素蛋白,PQQ依赖性的酶蛋白在实际生产中有着非常广泛的用途。主要介绍了PQQ的性质、来源、功能,及生物合成基因研究进展。指出PQQ的研究成果将对医药卫生、工业生产及农业的发展产生推动作用。Pyrroloquinoline quinone(PQQ) was discovered as a new kind of coenzyme for oxidoreductase at the end of 1970s.PQQ occurs in nature in some dehydrogenases present in certain gram-negative bacteria.The distinct structure of the compound make it differ from the normal cofactor NAD(P) and FMN、FAD,and play an important role in biological functions.There are two structural types of PQQ-containing enzymes.The one that contains PQQ only in the active site is referred to as quinoproteins.Other group of enzymes-containing PQQ and one or more heme groups are known as quino-hemo-proteins.To introduce its properties,sources,function and the research progress of PQQ synthetic biology gene.To point out that the developrent of researching PQQ continuously medicine industrial production,agriculture will be promoted through.
