OmegaWave系统评价足球运动员身体机能的实验研究

摘　　要：OmegaWave是新型的身体机能评价系统,本研究目的是全面论述此系统的测试原理,并结合实验室机能评价模式检验其效度。结果显示:OmegaWave系统具有方法简单易行、测试过程无压力无创伤,测试结果即时反馈等优势。与实验室机能测试结果相关性的比较来看,有氧机能和无氧机能测试结果比较的相关系数分别为0.78和0.82,说明利用此系统评价足球运动员身体机能是有效的。Omega Wave is the new physical function evaluation system,a comprehensive discussion of this study was to test the system and combined with functional evaluation of laboratory model test for their validity.The results showed that Omega Wave system has a simple,stress-free and non-invasive testing,immediate feedback tests and other advantages.Function test results and laboratory correlation comparisons,aerobic and anaerobic function test results comparing the correlation coefficients were 0.78 and 0.82 shows that football players use this system,physical function evaluation is effective.
