循证护理对儿童口腔正畸治疗依从性及口腔健康状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理对口腔正畸患儿治疗依从性及口腔健康状况的影响。方法:将在我院进行正畸的300例患儿随机分为对照组和实验组各150例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组进行循证护理。结果:两组患儿不同年龄配合程度存在显著性差异(P<0.05);循证护理后,实验组配合程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);正畸以后两组患儿牙龈指数(G I)分级、牙釉质脱矿指数(ED I)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正畸之前两组之间ED I差异不显著,正畸以后对照组与实验组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能提高正畸患儿治疗依从性,降低牙釉质脱矿及牙龈炎的发生率,达到很好的正畸效果,同时使口腔健康状况达到最佳状态。Objective ： To discuss the impact of evidence - based nursing care on the orthodontic treatment compliance and oral health status of children patients. Methods ： 300 children patients with orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into con- trol and experimental groups （ 150 patients for each group ）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the evi- dence - based nursing care was implemented in the experimental group. Results ： The compliance of the children patients at dif- ferent age was significantly different between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the compliance of the children patients was significantly better in the experimental group than the control group after evidence - based nursing care （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the differences in the comparison of gingival index （ GI ） and enamel demineralization index （ EDI ） after orthodontic treatment were statistically signifi- cant between the two group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the difference of EDI was not significant before orthodontic treatment and was significant after orthodontic treatment between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The evidence - based nursing care can improve the patient＇s compliance and reduce the incidence of EDI and GI so as to achieve a good orthodontic treatment outcome and the best oral health status.
