摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预在胃镜下乙酸染色诊断萎缩性胃炎中的作用。方法:将疑似萎缩性胃炎的103例患者随机分成2组,干预组52例实施系统的护理干预,对照组51例作常规护理。预约前1 d(干预前)、检查前10 min(干预后)采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的心理状态,比较两组检查前、检查中的收缩压、舒张压、心率变化及检查过程中患者的耐受程度。结果:干预组检查前的SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组的患者在检查过程中的血压、心率明显低于对照组,耐受程度要高于对照组。结论:实施心理认知行为护理可以缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的耐受性,保证检查的顺利进行。Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the diagnosis of atrophic gastritis with acetic dyeing under gastroscope. Methods： 103 suspected atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into intervention group （n=52） and control group （n=51）. The systematic nursing intervention was applied in the intervention group and routine nursing care was taken in the control group. The Zung self - rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） were used to assess the psychological state of patients one day before appointment （before the intervention） and 10 minutes before the exami- nation （after the intervention） ; the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, change of heart rate and the tolerance of the patients during the examination were compared between the two groups. Results： The SAS and SDS scores before the examination were significantly lower in the intervention group than those in the control group （P〈0.05） ; the blood pressure and heart rate of the patients during the examination were obviously lower and the tolerance was higher in the intervention group than the control group. Conclusion ： Implementation of psychological cognitive behavioral nursing care can ease the anxiety and depression so as to improve the patientg tolerance and ensure the smooth examination.
