对粮食主产区农业利益补偿机制的思考

摘　　要：主产区在我国粮食生产中具有举足轻重的地位。为保证种粮者的积极性,稳步提高我国粮食产量,加大对粮食主产区种粮农民利益的补偿力度是保障我国粮食安全的重要措施。分析了粮食生产者利益补偿机制的内涵及特点,明确粮食生产者利益补偿机制的主体和客体,明确构建粮食生产者利益补偿机制的目标、方式以及实现途径,建立比较完善的补偿机制,对确保我国粮食安全具有重要意义。The main grain producing areas play an important role in grain production. To ensure farmers＇ enthusiasm and increase the grain yield steadily, strengthening the compensation mechanism for farmers in main grain producing areas is an important measure to ensure the grain safety. The connotation and characters of compensation mechanism for farmers are analyzed, the subject and object of compensation mechanism are cleared, and the goal, ways and realization approach of constructing compensation mechanism are clarified. The construction of perfect compensation mechanism has important sig- nificance for ensuring the grain safety.
