改良无蒂胸骨翻转术治疗小儿重度漏斗胸

摘　　要：目的 :总结用改良无蒂胸骨翻转术治疗小儿重度漏斗胸的经验。方法 :用改良无蒂胸骨翻转术治疗小儿重度漏斗胸 6例 ,术中保留骨膜、肋间肌和血管并缝于游离翻转骨瓣上以供血运 ,肋软骨的残端与上一根肋骨的胸骨端作重叠缝合 ,以增加胸廓前后径。结果 :术后胸廓基本恢复正常形态 ,精神状态良好 ,心肺功能恢复 ,无并发症。结论 :改良无蒂胸骨翻转术治疗小儿重度漏斗胸效果良好。Objective:To review the experience of treatment of severe children's funnel chest with modified non-pedicled sterno-turnover.Methods:Six cases of severe child's funnel chest were surgically treated with modified non-pedicled sterno-turnover.The periosteum,intercostal muscles,and vessels were preserved and sutured onto the free sternum flap in order to supply it with blood.The ends of costicartilage were sutured onto the ends of superior costae to increase the anteroposterior length of thoax.Results:The normal shape of thorax were restored basically after operations.The patients had fine mood and their cardiopulmonary function recoved.There were no complications.Conclusion:The satisfactory results of the treatment of severe child's funnel chest may be obtained by using modified non pedicled sterno-turnover.
