摘 要:通过盐雾-热暴露循环腐蚀试验对3种GH907合金防护涂层分别进行了耐腐蚀性能研究,利用扫描电镜、能谱分析等方法对其腐蚀形貌和产物进行了详细地对比分析,并探究了其腐蚀速率变化规律。研究结果表明:在该试验条件下,3种涂层均发生了不同程度的破坏,基体也发生氧化腐蚀。TW-7水基耐高温涂层(底层+面层)的耐腐蚀性能优于SKNC-65纳米自修复涂层和TW-7水基耐高温涂层(底层)的。3种涂层的腐蚀破坏机理均不相同。The corrosion resistance performance of three kinds of protective coatings for GH907 alloy was investigated by the salt spray and heat exposure cycle corrosion experiment.The corrosion images and products were both compared and analyzed particularly with SEM and EDS,the change of corrosion rates was also explored respectively.The results show that the three coatings are destroyed in various degrees,and the basic metal is oxidation corrosion.The corrosion resistance of TW-7 coating(sublayer and face layer) is better than both SKNC-65 coating and TW-7 coating(sublayer).The corrosion mechanisms of three kinds of coatings are different.
