摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和MMP-9在子宫内膜腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测100例子宫内膜腺癌、30例子宫内膜增生症及30例正常子宫内膜中MMP-2、MMP-9表达。结果 MP-2、MMP-9在正常子宫内膜增生期表达增加,而在早分泌期几乎无表达;MMP-2、MP-9在不典型增生及复杂性增生内膜中表达均明显强于单纯性增生(P<0.05);MMP-2、MMP-9在子宫内膜腺癌中表达显著高于子宫内膜增生症和正常子宫内膜(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2、MMP-9在子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展过程中可能起促进作用。Objective To study the role of matrix metalloproteinase（MMP）-2 and-9 expression in the development and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods Expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 was examined by immunohisto chemistry in 100 endometrial adenocarcinomas,30 endometrial hyperplasias and 30 normal endometria.Results MMP-2 and MMP-9 were expressed in the proliferative phase of normal endometrium,but almost not in the secretory phase.Expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in atypical and complex hyperplasia was superior to that in simple hyperplasia（P0.05）.MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression was significantly higher in endometrial adenocarcinoma than that in hyperplastic and normal endometria.Conclusion MMP-2 and MMP-9 could promote the development and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
