摘　　要：在就业指导课程教学中,为了让学生自觉地接受团队精神教育,我们从最富有寓意的几种动物入手采用了"动物隐喻法"。用狼的团队精神教育学生学会默契配合;用多种动物故事启迪学生;将有趣的动物特性故事融入到大学团队精神教育的实践活动之中。In teaching of＂Employment Guidance＂,we try using ＂Animal Metaphor Method＂ to cultivate students＇ team spirit by choosing some animals with moral sense as examples,such as wolves,which have strong team spirit.In this way students＇ tacit cooperation is trained.We try to edify students by telling them animal stories,integrating interesting animal stories into cultivating students＇ team spirit.
