摘　　要：目前我国地方政府债务问题已经非常突出,如不积极防范和及时化解,将对国家经济的可持续发展、政权的有效运转以及社会的稳定等产生较大的影响。因此,研究地方政府债务的特点以及形成的深层次原因,寻求有效的解决办法,将是我们在建设和谐社会中迫切需要探讨的问题。At present,the debt problem of local government has become very prominent in China.If not actively prevented and promptly resolved,the problem would have great effect on the sustainable development of national economy,the efficient operation of regime and the social stability.Thus,the research on the features and the deep formation causes of the local government debt as well as searching for effective resolution will be urgent needs in the process of the constructing harmonious society.
