高频电波刀联合医用壳聚糖创面修复膜治疗宫颈病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高频电波刀(LEEP)联合医用壳聚糖创面修复膜(苏肤)促进宫颈手术创面愈合的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院经妇科门诊检查诊断为宫颈病变的466例患者经LEEP联合苏肤治疗后的临床资料,观察术后创面愈合情况,阴道出血、排液的量和时间以及宫颈粘连发生率。结果 LEEP联合苏肤治疗,不仅减少了术后阴道出血及排液量,缩短了出血、排液时间,加速了创面愈合,同时也明显减轻了宫颈并发症的发生率。结论 LEEP联合医用壳聚糖创面修复膜治疗宫颈病变值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical and application values of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） electrotome combined with medical chitosan hydrogel for treatment of cervical disease.Methods 466 cases of cervical lesion after LEEP combined with medical chitosan membranes were analyzed.The effect of wounds healing,the time and amount of vaginal bleeding or drainage were observed.Results LEEP combined with medical chitosan membranesreatment reduced the vaginal bleeding and postoperative drainage,shorten the bleeding,drainage,accelerated wound healing and significantly reduced the incidence of complications.Conclusion LEEP electrotome combined with medical chitosan hydrogel for treatment of cervical disease is effective for cervical diseas.
