摘　　要：高校的人才培养目标最终体现在培养方案。文化产业管理专业的培养方案,应立足地区经济文化发展的需要构建,依托办学母体构建,围绕社会需要构建,依据学生兴趣构建,其目的是培养满足国家、社会对日益发展的文化产业不同领域、不同方向、不同工种和不同岗位人才的需要。The target of talent cultivation in universities is always embodied in the training scheme. The training scheme of the major of Cultural Administration shall be set up according to the need of the regional economy and culture, to the university itself, to the social need, and to the students＇ interest. The purpose is to cultivate talents for the increasing cultural industries of our country and society in different fields, different directions, different kinds of job, and different positions.
