摘　　要：将装备需求工作的发展历程划分为4个主要阶段,详细阐述了各阶段装备需求工作活动的主要内容、方式和特点。指出正确划分装备需求工作发展历程对于认识该项工作的基本规律、完善当代的装备需求工程学科理论体系十分有益。The development history of equipment demand activities can be fell into four phases.The main contents,modes and characteristics of equipment demand activities in each phase are expatiated.It is pointed out that correct classification of equipment demand activity phases is helpful to understand the basic rules of this work accurately and perfect the theory system of equipment requirements engineering subject up-to-date.
