摘　　要：目前国内的很多医院已经建立了功能完善的HIS/PACS/RIS,由于这些系统是分散开发的,形成了一些"信息孤岛"。基于IHE技术框架实现医院信息系统集成是目前的发展方向,对大量现有的系统实现IHE集成功能,进行系统的升级扩展是既高效又经济的方法。本文以南医大二附院为例,给出了基于IHE放射科技术框架的系统集成方案。Currently, many hospitals have established a full -featured HIS and PACS and RIS, but these systems are separately developed, they have formed ＂information islands＂. IHE technical framework has become more and more influential in the area of system integration. To implement the functionality of IHE - based inte- gration for lots of existing non - IHE systems, system upgrade is more efficient and more economical. As the re- search background, this paper states a project of Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University and finally presents a system integration solution based on IHE Radiology Technical Framework.
