摘　　要：本文介绍了通过采用图像识别以及PLC控制等技术来实现冶金行业矿料的自动取样,从而大大缓解了因矿料吞吐量剧增、人工因素导致的违规舞弊事件不断上升等原因造成的生产管理脱节现象,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了冶金矿料检化验的质量和工作效率。This article describes the identification through the use of images and interactive remote control technology to achieve metallurgical industry, mineral aggregate automatic sampling, which greatly eased the sharp increase due to mineral aggregate throughput, artificial factors fraud violations and other causes of the rising production Disconnection management, reduce labor intensity and improve the efficiency of inspection and analysis system.
