基于服务链理论的湖南体育产业发展问题与对策研究

摘　　要：以服务链理论为视角,通过理论分析与实践研究相结合等方法,对湖南体育产业发展进行考察。针对湖南体育产业现存的体育产业规模不大、结构不够合理、产品研发滞后、品牌营销乏力、中介市场不完善等问题,提出加强管理体制改革、完善服务支持体系、促进官产学研互动、加强体育场馆设施建设、吸引体育人才等对策。From the perspective of service chain theory and by using the method of theoretical analysis and practice research,this paper made a survey on the development of Hunan sports industry.Focusing on the problems in Hunan sports industry like small sports industry scale,irrational structure,retardation in scientific research,brand marketing fatigue,imperfect intermediary market and so on,this paper puts forward such countermeasures as strengthening management and structural reform,perfecting service and supporting system,promoting the interaction among management,research and production,strengthening the construction of gymnasium,attracting sports talents and so on.
