摘  要:选取田间栽培的禾本科高羊茅属(Festuca)美洲虎3号、美洲虎4号、沙漠王子、飓风、可奇思、黄金岛6个品种为材料,研究根系菌根的状况及其与根际有效磷和速效钾的关系。结果表明,菌根侵染以飓风的状况较好,美洲虎3号最差;菌根结构发育以可奇思的发育较好,美洲虎3号最差。较高的菌根发育状况主要集中在40~80 mm根段粗度上。相关性分析表明,草坪草菌根的侵染与土壤有效磷、土壤速效钾间均呈现显著或极显著的负相关关系;菌根结构状况方面,只有泡囊数与土壤有效磷间呈现极显著的负相关关系。分析认为,菌根对生长在贫瘠土壤中的草坪草的促进效果更显著。The mycorrhizal development of six Testuca species in field including Jaguar 3,Jaguar 4,Hurricane,Kersich,Gold island and Prince in desert,and the correlation between mycorrhizal development and soil available phosphorus or soil available potassium were studied.The results showed that in all species the roots of the lawn grass plants,Hurricane plant exhibited better mycorrhizal colonization,and Jaguar 3 lowest.Kersich roots showed better mycorrhizal structures and Jaguar 3 lowest.Better mycorrhizal development mainly focused on 40.80 mm diameter root sagments.Variable relationship indicated that mycorrhizal infection was significantly(P<0.05 and P<0.01) negatively correlated with soil available phosphorus and soil available potassium.The vesices was also significantly(P<0.01) negatively correalated with soil available phosphorus.It suggested that the enhanced effects of mycorrhizas on low grass plants were significant under poor soils.
