摘  要:影响节水灌溉工程项目投资决策的因素多而复杂,既有定量因素,又有定性因素;既有确定性因素,又有不确定性因素,如模糊性和灰色性等。因此在决策时需要充分考虑不确定性因素的影响,宜选用能够处理不确定性因素的方法来进行分析。将灰色系统理论中的灰色关联分析法用于某节水灌溉工程项目的投资决策分析中,结果表明,该法计算简单,可避免或减少人为因素对决策的影响;选出的最优投资方案与其他方法的结果一致。There are many factors affecting investment decision of water-saving irrigation project,including quantitative factors and qualitative factors,deterministic factors and non-deterministic factors, such as fuzzy characters and grey characters etc. Therefore the method dealing with non-deterministic factors should be selected in making decision, the effects of non-deterministic factors are fully considered. The grey correlation analysis is used for investment decision analysis of water-saving irrigation project in this paper, the results show the calculation is simple, the effects on decision by artificial factors could be avoided or reduced. Optimal investment scheme selected is identical with other methods. It illustrates that grey correlation analysis is used for investment decision of water-saving irrigation project is feasible and effective.
