摘 要:在PEG胁迫处理4 d后,对4个高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)品种幼苗中的几个生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明,不同高羊茅品种的幼苗中可溶性糖和蛋白质含量对PEG胁迫的响应差异较大;而丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化规律与游离脯氨酸在不同品种的幼苗中一致,在胁迫处理后含量均升高。品种‘拂浪’和‘千年盛世’幼苗中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增强,而‘贝壳’和‘雅典娜’幼苗中活性非常低;另外2种酶过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)在PEG处理后活性均增强。MDA和游离脯氨酸含量或氧化酶类的活性在不同高羊茅品种间的变化规律,可为抗旱性品种的筛选提供一定的参考。The effects of PEG stress on several physiological and biochemical indicators of four tall fescue varieties on their seedling stage were studied.The results showed that the soluble sugar and protein contents among varieties changed greatly responding to PEG stress.Whereas,the MDA and free proline contents in the seedlings had the same variation under PEG stress and they increased in response to drought stress.The SOD activities in the seedlings of tall fescue varieties ‘Fine lawn’ and ‘Millennium’ increased after four days of PEG treatment; while the SOD activities were very low in the seedlings of ‘Shel’ and ‘Athena’.The enzyme activities of another two,POD and CAT,were enhanced after the PEG treatment.The variation of the MDA and free proline contents or the oxidases activities in tall fescue cultivars can provide important reference for screening drought-resistance variety.
