‘国庆1号’温州蜜柑未发育胚珠再生完整植株的研究

摘　　要：以‘国庆1号’温州蜜柑(Citrus unshiu Marc.cv.Guoqing No.1)成熟果实中未发育胚珠为外植体,研究了不同种类的植物生长调节剂对植株再生的影响。结果表明,培养基MT+1.0 mg.L-1GA3+500 mg.L-1麦芽提取物(ME)有利于胚状体的诱导;培养基MT+2.0 mg.L-1BA+0.5 mg.L-1IAA适宜于芽的诱导;最有利于根诱导的培养基为MT+0.5 mg.L-1NAA+0.1 mg.L-1IBA。The undeveloped ovules in mature fruits of Citrus unshiu Marc.cv.Guoqing No.1 were used as explants to study the effects of different kinds of plant growth regulators on plant regeneration.Results showed that the beneficial medium for induction of colyledon-shaped embryoids was MT + 1.0mg·L-1 GA3 + 500mg·L-1 ME; the favorable medium for shoot induction was MT + 2.0mg·L-1 BA + 0.5mg·L-1 IAA;the best medium for root induction was MT + 0.5mg·L-1 NAA + 0.1mg·L-1 IBA.
