某高校教职工体检心电图对比分析

摘　　要：目的了解某高校教职工健康体检者心电图异常分布情况,为高校教职工的保健提供指导。方法对某高校教职工2009-2010年心电图异常情况及分布作统计分析。结果教职工心电图异常检出率为23.42%。老年组心电异常检出率达52.16%,中青年组为10.01%,老年组高于中青年组(10.01%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中青年组心电异常检出率最高为窦性心律不齐,其次为ST-T改变;老年组心电图异常比例最高为ST-T改变,检出率为31.1%。结论该校教职工特别是老年人的心电图异常检出率较高,应加强高校教职工尤其是老年教职工心血管病的防治。Objective To find out the abnormal ECG distribution in health check-ups of faculty at a university,and to provide references for health care of university faculty.Method To analyze the abnormal ECG of different age groups and its distribution at a University in Harbin,from 2009 to 2010.Results The detection rate of abnornal ECG was 23.42% among the staff members.In the old-aged group the rate was 52.16% and in the young and middle aged group it was 10.01%,the former higher than the latter.The difference is statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The item of top abnormalities detection rate in the young and middle-aged group was sinus disorder,followed by ST-T change,the detection rate was from 1.7% to 2.0%.The item of top abnormalities detection rate in the old-aged group was ST-T change,and the detection rate was from 30.7% to 31.6%.Conclusion Abnormal ECG detection rate is high among wniversity faculty members,especially.the old-aged,so prevention agaist angiocarpy diseases should be emphasized.
