某高校大学生健康教育内容需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解当前大学生对健康教育内容的需求状况,为健康教育课程合理开设提供依据。方法随机抽取352名学生进行健康教育内容需求问卷调查。结果健康生活方式、急症自救与互救、心理健康、性与生殖健康等为大学生健康需求前4位,需求率依次高达88.64%,88.64%,87.50%,81.82%。男生对有效人际交流技能需求(84.62%)比女生(63.35%)高,女生对健康生活方式、急症自救与互救、心理健康、合理膳食与营养等共10项的需求率高于男生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大学生对健康教育需求迫切,女生对健康的需求强于男生,应积极引导并对课程内容进行调整。Objective To explore the current demand for health education of university students,and to provide references for reasonable design of health education curriculum.Method 352 students were chosen at random to be surveyed with a questionnaire on the demand for health education.Results The top 4 demands of health in these students were healthy lifestyle,self and mutual first-aid,psychological health and sexual and reproductive health,etc,and the corresponding demand rates were 88.64%,88.64%,87.50% and 81.82%.The demand rate for effective communication skills in male students was 84.62%,higher than 63.35% in female students.The demand rates in 10 aspects in female students like healthy lifestyle,self and mutual first-aid,psychological health and rational diet and nutrition,etc.were higher than those in male students,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The demand for health education in university students is urgent,and it is stronger in female students than in male students.We should provide positive guidance and make adjustment to the contents of curriculum.
