摘 要:目的:探讨反馈式健康宣教在母婴同室产妇产后护理中的应用效果。方法:将2010年1~3月200例产妇分为对照组,4~6月200例产妇分为观察组;对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用反馈式健康宣教。比较两组产妇产后恢复情况、新生儿护理、母乳喂养、出院知识掌握情况及患者满意度。结果:观察组在产妇产后恢复情况、新生儿护理、母乳喂养、出院知识掌握情况及患者满意度等方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:反馈式健康宣教用于母婴同室产妇产后护理,有助于产妇产后恢复和新生儿健康。Objective:To evaluate the application effect of the feedback health education in the postpartum nursing care of rooming-in puerperant.Methods:200 puerperant admitted from January to March 2010 were taken as control group and another 200 puerperant admitted from April to June 2010 were taken as observation group.The puerperant in the control group received routine nursing care and the puerperant in the observation group received feedback health education.The postpartum recovery of these puerperant,newborn care,breastfeeding,understanding on the guidance for the discharge and the puerperant's satisfaction at nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the postpartum recovery of the puerperant,newborn care,breastfeeding,understanding on the guidance for the discharge and the puerperant's satisfaction at nursing care between the two groups group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The feedback health education applied to the postpartum nursing care of rooming-in puerperant is conducive to the postpartum recovery of puerperant and health of newborn.
