摘  要:目的:探讨三种不同氧气湿化装置的抗菌效果。方法:将120例氧疗患者随机分为A、B、C三组各40例,A组使用传统塑料氧气湿化瓶,B组使用YYX-B8型一次性入水式氧气湿化装置,C组使用OT-MⅡ型水凝胶式氧气湿化装置。使用后分别对三组采样进行细菌培养,并对氧气湿化装置的抗菌效果进行比较。结果:C组氧气湿化装置污染率低于B组(P<0.05),B组氧气湿化装置污染率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:OT-MⅡ型氧气湿化装置抗菌效果最好,其次为YYX-B8型氧气湿化装置,此两种氧气湿化装置在降低院内感染、减少护理工作量等方面优于传统塑料氧气湿化瓶。Objective:To explore the effect of three different oxygen humidification devices on antibacterial activity.Methods:120 patients with oxygen therapy were randomly divided into group A,B and C(40 patients for each group).The traditional plastic oxygen humidifier bottle was used in the group A;the type YYX-B8 disposable water-injection oxygen humidification device was used in the group B and the type OT-MⅡ hydrogel oxygen humidification devices was used in the group C.The three different oxygen humidification devices were sampled for bacterial culture after they were used and the effect of antibacterial activity was compared among them.Results:The contamination rate was lower in the group C than that in the group B(P〈0.05);the contamination rate was lower in the group B than that in the group A(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Type OT-MⅡ hydrogel oxygen humidification device has the best effect on antibacterial activity,type YYX-B8 oxygen humidification device is in the second place.These two kinds of oxygen humidification devices are superior to the traditional plastic oxygen humidifier bottle in reducing nosocomial infections and relieving the workload of nursing care.
