摘  要:大跨度预应力混凝土连续箱梁开裂恶化了箱梁的受力条件,还降低了桥梁混凝土的耐久性,导致箱梁结构安全度严重降低。因此有必要开展大跨度预应力混凝土连续箱梁混凝土抗裂计算分析。在介绍弹塑性有限元分析基础上,运用体杆耦合有限元模型模拟预应力钢筋,温度模式分别参照《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTG D62—2004)和新西兰桥规,开展S249京杭运河特大桥主桥大跨度预应力混凝土连续箱梁0#块混凝土应力的精细化仿真分析,分析竖向预应力未损失和全部损失工况下的混凝土抗裂性能,发现在竖向预应力全部损失工况,箱梁0#块箱梁腹板顶部加腋处出现较大的主拉应力,导致该处混凝土开裂。因此,在施工中要确保竖向预应力的有效性。It was necessary to analysis crack for continues pre-stress concrete cantilever bridge due to reliability of bridges was effected significantly.The elastic-plastic FEM method,body-beam coupling model were applied,and two temperature models were adopted according to Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts of China and Bridge Design of Newsland in the paper.The stress and crack distribution of 0# Block for main bridge of S249 Jing-hang channel were calculated,and cracks were appeared in the flange and web splices with work point without prestress,therefore,the effective of vertical prestressed was assured during the construction.
