脉安舒颗粒对不稳定性心绞痛患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的观察脉安舒颗粒对不稳定性心绞痛患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法 64例气虚血瘀证不稳定性心绞痛患者采用随机分层法分为治疗组32例和对照组32例。两组患者均按内科常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上,加用脉安舒颗粒,治疗4周后,观察两组患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平的变化。结果两组患者治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平的下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脉安舒颗粒能显著降低不稳定性心绞痛患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平,从而抑制炎症免疫反应,减缓冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块进展,稳定斑块。推测脉安舒颗粒通过降低血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平而稳定冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块是其治疗不稳定性心绞痛的有效机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of Maianshu Granules on serum high sensitivity C-reaction protein（hs-CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6）in patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods Cases of 64 UAP with Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group（n=32）and a control group（n=32）.All the patients were treated with usual therapy,and Maianshu Granules was added into the treatment groups,to observe the changes of cases in two groups on serum hs-CRP,IL-6 after treatment for 4 weeks.Results After treatment,serum hs-CRP,IL-6 were significantly decreased in both groups（P0.01）,but the decrement was more obvious in the treatment group in comparing with that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Maianshu Granules can reduce the serum level of hs-CRP and IL-6,inhibit inflammatory immune reaction of patients with UAP,so as to slowing the progress of plaque and stabilizing plaques.It is presumed that the reduction of hs-CRP and IL-6 induced by Maianshu Granules might be one of its mechanisms in treating UAP.
