替米沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨替米沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果。方法选择2008年1月～2010年1月在我院治疗的50例糖尿病合并高血压患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,对照组用氨氯地平治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用替米沙坦,比较两组疗效、血脂变化和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为88%,对照组总有效率为64%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),治疗组疗效好于对照组;治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C治疗前后比较差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后三指标水平明显下降,而HDL-C水平治疗前后差别不明显;对照组只有LDL-C这一个指标治疗前后差别明显(P<0.05),其余三指标均无明显变化。两组TC、TG、LDL-C三指标治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组,HDL-C变化不明显。治疗组不良反应发生率为16%,对照组为12%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替米沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压效果显著,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate telmisartan clinical effect .in treatment of diabetes with hypertension. Methods Fifty cases of diabetic patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 25 cases in each from January 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital, the control group treated with amlodipine, treatment group in the control group based on the use of telmisartan, compared two groups, blood lipid changes and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 88% in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 64% in control group;the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ） treatment group was better than the control group; treatment group TC, TG, LDL-C before and after treatment ,there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） , after treatment, three indicators were significantly decreased, while HDL-C level of no signifieant difference between before and after treatment; the control group it is only an indicator of LDL-C difference between before and after treatment was significantly （ P〈0.05 ）, the other three indicators there was no significant change. The two groups were compared in TC, TG, LDL-C ,difference of the three indicators are statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） after treatment, the treatment group than the control group, HDL-C did not change significantly. The adverse reaction rate was 16%, 12% respectirely in two groups, no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect of telmisartan in patients with diabetes, hypertension significant in clinical application.
